Our easycarve lamb shoulder is tunnel-boned in-store by our butchers, so you get all the rich, sweet flavour of a shoulder roast without wrestling the bone at the table. Roast it low and slow until it pulls apart, or cook it faster for tender pink slices. An easy family favourite — just carve straight through.
